As Jesus taught, our desire is to love God with all our heart, soul, mind and strength, and to love our neighbors. We do this through worship, service to the community, and Christian education/Spiritual growth groups.
Play Ball! Lessons in Faith
This September we’ll explore our faith through the Play Ball! worship series. Like a team on the field, we are called to play our part, give our best effort, show up faithfully for practice and game, and welcome everyone to the team. Together, we discover that discipleship is not a spectator sport but an active, joyful, and communal calling where we live out God’s love with commitment, effort, presence, and hospitality.
The Church In Action
We believe that expressing our faith happens with loving service. Our members serve in the community Food Pantry and the annual Santa's Elves ministry. Throughout the year we raise money for our church and give 10% to the local Backpack Project, Summer Rec Program, and other local initiatives, in which many of our members serve. We also support the ongoing ministries of our denomination in Illinois and around the world.
